The selection of material in this volume has been made with the object of giving the student a variety of styles on which to base his/her musical experience. The material has been chosen from original works of the great clarinet teachers and performers of the 19th Century and covers a wide range of abilities from easy to advanced. Indications are given as to the method of practice and the purpose of each piece.
