Delivery

We pride ourselves on offering a professional and efficient service.
We aim to dispatch all items ordered within 5 working days. This is an estimated dispatch period and occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control we will not be able to meet this. We will contact you as soon as possible (and in all cases within 30 days) to advise you of any delays. You have the right to cancel the part of the order that is delayed if you prefer not to wait; any items already supplied may be returned to us under our returns policy below.
Delivery costs will be quoted at the checkout in advance of payment.

Payment

We will take payment from the card number you provide via our website. Your card will not be debited until the goods are ready to dispatch. In the case of part orders, we will only debit your card for the goods that are dispatched.

Please do not attempt to send card details to us by email; this is not a secure method of transmitting sensitive information.

Part Orders

If any items you order are not in stock, we will email you to keep you informed, and proceed with the rest of the order.

Privacy

We will not disclose your personal details to any other companies.
In addition, we will only store information collected at the time of ordering to fulfil your order, and subsequently we may use your postal address or email address to keep you informed of any offers that may be of interest to you. If you would prefer not to receive this type of communication, please let us know by email. Alternatively, all our direct marketing emails contain a link via which you can unsubscribe from our email database.

Security

Credit card details are sent by Roman Cart, our shopping basket service, to HSBC Bank who provide our payment processing service. These details are encrypted using 128 bit encryption during transfer.

Prices

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and we do not offer alternative currencies. Delivery costs will be quoted at the checkout in advance of payment.
VAT is applied to all sales within the EEC as appropriate and is not payable on items sent to countries outside the EEC. However, goods sent overseas may subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the goods reach their destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer as we are unable to control or predict these charges. Goods delivered overseas may be subject to opening and inspection by customs officials.
Although we make every effort to keep our website up to date, occasionally items may be incorrectly priced or out of date. We will contact you if the price of an item has changed and your order will cost more than you were informed at time of ordering. If this situation arises, you have the right to cancel your order.

Returns and Cancellations Policy


You may cancel any order which has not yet been dispatched. Please email or telephone us to confirm the current status of your order.
In addition, the law gives you a ‘cooling off’ period of seven working days from the date you receive the goods to change your mind and cancel an order. If you choose to do this, you must notify us in writing within this period by letter, fax or email. The goods must be returned to us in original unopened condition within 30 days. We will refund you upon receipt of the goods.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods (unless they are faulty) and ensuring the safe return of the goods. For your protection we recommend you use a delivery service which provides tracking facilities and insurance.

If goods are faulty

In the unlikely event that received goods are faulty, we will provide a replacement at no cost to you.

Substitute goods

In the event that the goods you order are no longer available, we will offer an alternative which in our opinion matches your requirements as closely as possible. This will be notified prior to dispatch and you will have the right to cancel if the alternative is not acceptable to you.
